The Brazeau County General Traffic Bylaw regulates the use of our highways. Regulations include restrictions on weight and size of vehicles, goods transported, permitting, and pedestrian traffic within the County. It lays out standards for the operation of vehicles, speed limits on County highways, pedestrian traffic, use of bicycles and tricycles, parking, prohibits snow removal onto highways, and lists the fines associated with violations of the Bylaw. Peace Officers, the Chief Administrative Officer and their designates may carry out inspections and enforcement.
