Invitation to Bid
Project: 2020 Mulching Contract
Sealed bids marked “2020 Mulching Tender” will be received at the offices of Brazeau County (the County), office reception desk, Twp. Rd. 494, Drayton Valley, Alberta, T7A 1R1 up to 2:00 p.m. local time, January 30th, 2020. Offers will be opened publicly at 2:01 p.m. local time on January 30th, 2020, at the County Office. Offers received after the Tender Closing Time will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
Bid (tender) documents are available and can be downloaded from Brazeau County`s webpage and Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC).
Bidders are to include all costs for undertaking and completion of the works in accordance with the project specifications as outlined in the bid (tender) documents.
This Tender must remain valid for sixty (60) days.
Tender Submission must be accompanied by the following documents or will be deemed disqualified.

• Substitution List
• Subcontractors List
• Bidders Qualifications
• Work Schedule
• Equipment Suppliers List
The lowest tender bid will not necessarily be accepted. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all tenders in whole or in part. Bidders may be required to provide supplementary information after the closing
date to support their tender. Interviews may be conducted with potential Bidder, either in person or by telephone.
The Bidders will be required to sign a standard County’s contract (sample is included in the tender package).
