Brazeau County will be conducting water main and hydrant flushing in the hamlets of Cynthia and Rocky Rapids from October 20–23, 2026.
Important:
• Water pressure may fluctuate during the flushing process.
• You may notice cloudy or discoloured water. This is normal and temporary.
• If your water becomes cloudy or discoloured, run your largest faucet (such as a bathtub tap) until the water runs clear.
• If you notice reduced water flow through your faucets after October 23, you may need to clean the faucet aerators.
