Brazeau County offers its condolences to the family of Neil Norton, who passed away peacefully today at the age of 82. Mr. Norton served Brazeau County as a council member representing the Rocky Rapids area to Highway 624 from the municipality’s incorporation in July 1988 to October of 1992. He served as reeve between October 1991 and January 1992. Mr. Norton was the father-in-law of current Division 1 councillor Glen Gunderson.
The flags in front of the Brazeau County Administration Building have been lowered to half-mast.
