Road Construction
Road construction is covered in two areas. Special Projects are done primarily with County equipment, supplemented with subcontracted equipment occasionally.
Projects include small repairs such as culvert replacement, slides or short pieces of roads that require rebuilding. The remainder of County construction projects are surveyed and designed by the Public Works Project Manager, then contracted to private construction companies.
