Development Permits and Subdivision Conditional Approvals Issued

Development Permits Issued:

Week of December 31, 2018 to January 4, 2019

Week of January 7 to January 11, 2019

Week of January 14 to January 18, 2019

Week of January 28 to February 1, 2019

Week of February 4 to February 8, 2019

Week of February 11 to February 15, 2019

Week of February 18 to February 22, 2019

Week of February 25 to March 1, 2019

Week of March 4 to March 8, 2019

An appeal may be commenced within 21 days of the receipt of the written decision of the development authority.

Development permit appeals may be filed by:

·         The applicant for the development permit; or

·         Any person affected by an order, decision or development permit.

If a development permit was issued for a permitted use, an appeal may only be filed on the basis that the provision of the land use bylaw was relaxed, varied, or misinterpreted.

 

Subdivision Conditional Approvals:

 

 

An appeal may be commenced within 14 days of the receipt of the written decision of the subdivision authority.

Subdivision appeals may be filed by:

·The applicant for the subdivision approval;

· Government departments to which subdivision applications are required to be referred for comment; or

· School authorities on limited issues relating to municipal or school reserves.
