Brazeau County Administration Building Closed to the Public

BRAZEAU COUNTY, MARCH 19, 2020 — Brazeau County is taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously, and considers the health and wellbeing of residents, visitors, and staff to be of the upmost importance. As such, the Brazeau County Administration Building is closed to the public as of 8 a.m. Friday, March 20, in order to help prevent the spread of the virus, and protect both the public and County staff.

All County services will continue to be provided. We ask that residents call 780-542-7777 or e-mail a staff member with any requests or questions.

Pre-authorized debit remains available for taxes and utility payments. (Residents are encouraged to pay through their banks or to mail payment).

All County transfer stations remain open during normal hours of operations. Residents are asked to show the attendant their cards rather than hand it to them.

Council will hold a meeting from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, March 23. To listen in on the meeting or to participate in the public input session electronically, please contact Tina Kwirant at 780-542-7777 or for instructions.

We intend to re-open to the public as soon as it is prudent.”
