High Streamflow Advisory issued for Pembina River

Alberta Environment and Parks has issued a High Streamflow Advisory for the Pembina River, due to the heavy rainfall earlier this week.

  • Water level changes of 1.5 - 2.5 m are possible along the Pembina River due to the forecast rainfall.
  • Peak flows are likely to be observed Thursday through Friday.

NEW INFORMATION!

Please note, the current levels do not pose any immediate threat to life in the area. We received some calls in regards to the Easyford area and have investigated to determine there is no immediate concern but advise to take normal precautions. Should this change, we will advise at that time.
