Road Ban Season is March to September each year. All permits must be obtained during office hours (8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday), or will not be valid. For emergency situations after hours, please call 780-542-8770 for 24 hours on-call personnel.
During the rest of the year, if you require a single load overweight or over dimensional permit after regular office hours, the permit information and contact names and numbers can be recorded on our Public Works Line at 780-542-7711, and the permit will be confirmed the next working day.

All overweight front steering axles, if operating over 7,300 kgs on single, or 13,600 kgs on tandem, are not allowed to operate on a 75% ban restriction.
