The Community Services Department includes Agriculture, Economic Development & Communications, Community Peace Officers, Parks & Recreation and the Brazeau Emergency Management Agency (BEMA).
The Agriculture department and the Agriculture Service Board work hand in hand to deliver agriculture based programming for the municipal ratepayer. Economic Development & Communications offers information and faciliation services with respect to business attraction and expansion to the County businesses along with being the main communications contact for the County. Our Community Peace Officers deal with the implementation and enforcement of all County Bylaws. This includes patrolling local roads, regulating vehicle speed and weight, animal control and RCMP/Disaster Services support.
