Be sure to attend this informative and exciting event April 12, 2016 in Drayton Valley.

The purpose of the event is to create awareness of the variety of career options and job openings available to youth as well as to the general public. By educating on what is needed for a chosen career path, individuals can make pro-active education choices to fulfill their dreams. We hope to open up opportunities to those seeking a career transition or simply needing a clear path to re-enter the workforce.

The EARNetwork Interactive Career and Education Expo will take place in the Curling Rink (Omni III) and Lounge where businesses and organizations will host interactive displays, communicate the skills and education requirements within their field and recruit new employees. As an exhibitor, we invite you to be on hand with displays, staff, apprentices, journey persons and equipment or tools to demonstrate and discuss with the attendees.
Local youth and the general public will have the opportunity to:
  • Discover the variety of interesting careers in skilled trades, technology, and professional careers;
  • Network with key employers, associations and educators;
  • Learn valuable information about apprenticeships; and
  • Be inspired by knowledgeable and experienced professionals.
The one-day event will include two sessions.
